1. Overview

LLM Signal is an AI visibility and traffic analytics tool designed to help teams understand how AI systems interact with their website. Users can sign up for a free trial, after which a subscription is required for continued use.

2. Accounts

To use LLM Signal, you must provide accurate information, including your name, email, and payment details. By subscribing, you agree to pay any applicable fees.

3. Free Trial and Subscriptions

New users are eligible for a free trial. After the trial period, a subscription is required to access LLM Signal's features. If no subscription is started after the free trial, your analytics data may be deleted a few days after the trial period ends.

4. Data Collection

We collect account information (such as name, email, and billing details) to provide the service. LLM Signal also collects non-personal technical data (such as IP addresses, user-agent strings, referrers, and event metadata) to deliver analytics and verify AI traffic. 5. Data Usage and GDPR Compliance

LLM Signal does not use cookies for analytics. The data collected through our software is used solely for analytics purposes. We do not sell collected data to third parties. For debugging or support purposes, authorized LLM Signal personnel may need access to specific user data related to account or usage in order to diagnose and resolve issues.

LLM Signal is GDPR compliant. As a user, you acknowledge that LLM Signal acts as a data processor for data collected via the script installed on your website, while you act as the data controller.

As the data controller, you are responsible for:

• Providing notice to your users about the data collected and its purpose.
• Ensuring you have a lawful basis to collect and process data.
• Handling data subject requests (access, deletion, restriction).

LLM Signal, as the data processor, will:

• Process data in accordance with your instructions and these terms.
